Our agriculture
The area in Kenya is about 60, and ha is farmed by our own staff for the most part.
The main maize grains and fruits are grown in the light of environmental objectives and circumstances. These serve alongside conventional farming and irrigation methods, two tractors, which ensure an adequate use of the land. The staff for the tractors, will be trained sufficiently in advance so that there are no major outages.
Regularly in our own workshop training sessions for instant attitude and completed repairs of the vehicle fleet will take place.
Within a separated range within the Villages the cattle breeding is operated. Planned are beside pigs, goats and cows also a chicken breed.
The area of agriculture and agriculture along the water is another pillar for life to ensure the success of "Orphan-Village-South Coast“.
