Ann Nafula - Born on 03.04.2004

Shortly after Ann was born in her village, her father died. The mother is mentally ill and is unable to look after their child. She pulled neglected from village to village until she was offered aid through our friend Felistas. Ann is a very lively girl who is looking forward to attend school again.

Antony Kaisa Mocheche - Born on 16.05.2001

After the death of Antony’s´ parents, he grew up in the care of his Grandparents. Because of their advanced age, they could no longer give him the necessary love and attention. Antony is in the second grade and would like to continue his studies at his school.

Brian Nyambati - Born on 16.10.2001

Brian's mother died when he was 5 years old. His father was a diligent and good Father, who unfortunately succumbed to his illness. The 8 year old boy has very good results in school. Unfortunately, so far there is no money able him to continue.

Gladys Mukuhi - Born on 01.05.2000

The mother of Gladys died at childbirth; her father disappeared shortly thereafter overnight. Gladys grew up in the early years with her grandmother, who no longer is able to take care of her. She attends the 3rd grade and needs help and support for learning.

Lydia Abere - Born on 02.11.1999

Lydia grew up with her two siblings in their home village. Her mother the age of 5 died of malaria. Her father died of anxiety and loss of strength with the thought of not to be able to feed the children. Without having other relatives, she begged her way through the Streets in order to survive. She is so engaged in school so she can have better future and therefore needs support.

Marleen Adongo - Born on 17.04.2004

The parents of Marleen died very quickly of AIDS. The grandparents are not in a position to allow her and her two siblings a future. Marleen is a real sunshine, and looking forward to go to school.

Mary Lobishara - Born on 06.07.2002

Mary was born in a village in Turkana. Her parents died during a civil war between neighboring communities. She lived for a time with her grandparents, which then handed her to social workers. She studies very hard in school that she has passed the first grade.

Nickson Eree Lobishara - Born on 12.04.1999

Born in the village Margat his parents died in the Civil War with neighboring villages. Nickson is a boy with a lot of energy, and visits the fourth grade in his school. We hope to continue to allow this, because he needs a lot  of attention and loving support.

Racheal Sifuna - Born on 02.01.2003

Racheal parents died in an accident when she was a baby. The Grandparents were too old to care for a newborn. She is currently attending the first grade. It is our little sweet heart, which still really needs a lot of warmth.
